該機主要用于天然千維織物重量在50-1000克/米的針織和機織物在常溫常壓狀態下的漂白和染色，也可用于其它纖維、人造絲、脂綸、滌綸等混紡織物在常溫常壓下進行染色和處理。對輕薄織物每個槽內可同時處理二條布工作原理

被染織物在存布箱內通過無級變速控制的增加滾筒，由電動機直按驅動循環泵來實現，循環泵在機器底部將染液輸出，通過換熱器送入噴嘴，織物經噴嘴后由折布系統折疊堆積。

Purpose The machine is mainly used for bleaching  dyeing knit  woven fabrics of various natural fibers  with weights of 50-1000 gram/meter  also for dyeing  finishing blended fabrics of artificial silk，polyester  other fibers，both under normal temperature  normal pressure.For light  thin fabrics，two lengths of cloths can be processed simultaneously in one trough.

Principle of operation Cloth to be dyed in accumulator is delivered by lift cylinder with variable speed control  dye liquor is sent out  the bottom of the machine by cirulating pump directly driven by motor.The liquor is fed into nozles via heat exchanger  cloth，after passing through nozles，is folded  collected by folding system.
